Shipping policy
Shipping is free on orders from €49 and your order arrives in 3-5 working days, anywhere in Greece. If you are in Athens, you can also collect it in person, with no shipping cost.

You can also pay cash on delivery, at no extra charge. The final cost is always shown at checkout, before you complete your order.
When your order ships
- We prepare and ship your order within 1 working day. ELTA Courier then delivers it within 2-4 more working days.
- Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday ship on the next working day.
- As soon as your parcel ships, you get an email with the tracking number, so you can follow it.
- During holidays, strikes or severe weather, delivery may take longer. If that happens, we let you know.
- If a product sells out after you order, we call or email you and you choose: ship the rest with a refund for the missing item, wait for it, or cancel with a full refund.
Pickup from our shop
Choose “Pickup from shop” at checkout. When your order is ready, we send you an email. We see you at Lamprou Katsoni 22, 114 71 Athens, by appointment: we arrange a time together on +30 213 048 7488 or at info@skinstories.gr. Your order is held for you for 10 working days.
If the courier misses you
ELTA Courier leaves a notice or sends an SMS to arrange a new delivery or pickup from their local branch. If the parcel comes back to us, we contact you and you choose a new delivery or a refund. For a refund, we keep only the cost of the delivery that was made.
